Highland Community Care Forum supports carers and young carers through services run by Connecting Carers

A carer is a person of any age who provides physical care or emotional support to another person, due to frailty, physical or mental illness, addiction, disorder or disability and is not paid for providing that care or support.

If this sounds like you then you’re in the right place

For adult carers we provide information, emotional support, advocacy, training and befriending services.

For young carers we provide information through our young carers’ network.
